Elliston Perot Morris

mcm-p-2013-13-357Elliston Perot Morris was the youngest child of Samuel Buckley Morris and Hannah Perot Morris.   He married Martha Canby in 1861 and their oldest child, Marriott C. Morris was born in 1863.  Like his father, Elliston was very active in the Germantown and Quaker communities and raised his family in the Deshler-Morris house.  Marriott often used his father as a subject for his photographs, ranging from formal portraits or casual vacation images.
